We asked Bums on Seats to come and do a review of the booking process at Duck and Rice. We knew there were gaps in our efficiency despite the restaurant being extremely busy. Bums identified through their review some real opportunities to become more efficient which would have increased our covers and also suggested new sales opportunities

Sadly Covid came and the restaurant was caught up in lockdown but once re-open we intend to continue improving the booking platform using the review Amber did with us.

Having worked in and with restaurants before Amber knows how to extract the correct information to do a worthwhile review and having been a top sales performer in a large company before Amber knows what support the team needed to be engaged and get results.
