Olivia loves being around people so becoming a waitress at the age of 16 in her local pub was a natural fit, but her career in hospitality really took off at the age of 18 when she became a part time Bartender in an Oxford nightclub – her home town. During her 4 years working for two of the largest nightclubs in Oxford she worked her way through a plethora of roles, including Assistant Manager and Sales Coordinator for the Glee Comedy Club. Working her way up from a junior position to management level taught Olivia the importance of hard work, dedication, and self belief, all necessary to succeed in a fast paced, customer led environment.

Olivia always loved the idea of city life, so at the age of just 22 she moved to London and took on the demanding role of Sales & Business Development Manager, bringing together various internal departments and developing her passion for creating and delivering the ideal customer journey. This experience taught Olivia the value of calmness under pressure and the importance of close cooperation with other teams, bringing profitability to different venues at key seasonal times, as well as a memorable visit for customers.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Olivia running the 10k park runs she hasn’t trained for, or strolling the boroughs of London looking for the best ever Brunch or searching out thrifty bargains. Her favourite activity, however, is usually meeting friends for a quiet drink, which (she admits), is almost never just one, and certainly not quiet!
