M.I.R.A.C.L.E is an acronym to help you memorise the perfect sales process that focuses on building long-term relationships and brand loyalty. This is not an off-the-shelf sales course – the application of the M.I.R.A.C.L.E principles stamped with your personality and enthusiasm is vital! Created by hospitality sales expert and founder of Bums on Seats, Amber Staynings; this course will show you how generational differences, human psychology and consumer behaviour indicate the right approach to take when building rapport with customers – and why rapport and relationships are so vital to the overall sales process.

You’ll be engaged, challenged and guided by an experienced trainer and industry expert with over 10 year’s hospitality sales experience. This is a dynamic and interactive workshop-based approach to learning – there will be open Q&A’s, breakout room sessions and brainstorms with the wider group. Your input, opinions and engagement is a valued and important part of the course!
You will also be given coursework to complete. The ability to practically and intelligently apply the M.I.R.A.C.L.E journey to real life inquiries shows us you have truly understood its principles. Answers will be reviewed by the trainer, who will give you detailed and constructive feedback as part of the learning process. Once this is submitted, we’ll send you the Bums on Seats M.I.R.A.C.L.E Sale certificate, which will be valid for a year.
You’ll finish the course feeling empowered; with the tools, techniques, and most importantly – the confidence and knowledge – to stand out from the competition!
Course duration: 1 day (10am – 5pm)
Coursework time: Up to 3 hours, completed within 1 week of course finishing.
Numbers: Minimum of 6; Maximum of 15.
Practical Requirements: Internet connection, headphones, pen and paper, webcam.
