This is not an off-the-shelf sales course – the application of the M.I.R.A.C.L.E principles stamped with your personality and enthusiasm is vital! Created by hospitality sales expert and founder of Bums on Seats, Amber Staynings; this course will show you how generational differences, human psychology and consumer behaviour indicate the right approach to take when building rapport with customers – and why rapport and relationships are so vital to the overall sales process.
