From working with independent groups and luxury boutique hotels to national gastropub giants, Jess’s multi-faceted background within the hospitality sector empower her to deliver profitable and sustainable pre-booked Sales Strategies.

Jess’s operational experience paired with her enthusiasm for deep diving into data, enable her to find the balance between bigger picture and those all-important details.

Since joining Bums on Seats in 2021, Jess wears many hats within her role and has proven to be intuitive, strategic, conscientious and detail focussed. She has an uncanny ability to spot a problem before it’s a problem and solve it with smart, logical decision making. Jess has worked with a range of exciting clients such as All Star Lanes, London Shuffle Club and acted as Area Sales Manager for ETM.

When she’s not writing proposals or helping our existing clients, you’ll usually find her exploring the best places to eat out in London, a glass of bubbles (or two…) in hand, or she might already be planning her next big adventure abroad.
