Having been in a Head of Sales role for an independant bar group, Rosie came over to the BOS team as she was craving the variety and excitement consultancy offers. So far she has worked with several leading industry brands, including Greene King, Carluccios and Rosa’s Thai Cafe, and she is currently working on a large project with hospitality giants TRG.
