Through my previous employment within the late-night industry at Stonegate Pubs I have gained extensive and proven managerial, communication and organisational skills. Driven, determined and confident are words I would use to describe my work!
Being part of an extensive management team at a near 2,000 capacity 5-room venue gave me the opportunity to develop my skills. The pace was fast, the days were long but my determination never ceased. I developed strong customer relationships here- to this day I’m in contact with many people I met. Working ‘smart’ and with a genuine passion is the key to success.
During my time at University and through my employment I have been able to increase and develop proficiency in Events and Team Management, Development and training, Sales Building (focusing on pre booked sales), day to day operations, and problem solving.
Above all I’m a consumer just like you! I bring a keen sense of perspective when it comes to sales building: analysing the relationship between theory and reality. I know what works, and I know what constitutes a fabulous customer experience, from initial contact with the venue, right through to the day or night out itself, making someone feel valued and really special.
